It was fun to see a mention of the National Senior Games in a recent Parade magazine article. Jane McIntyre, a swimmer in the Games from Eden, N.C., asked whether former MGM star Esther Williams still swims. According to Parade, Williams, 84, said, “Swimming is the only sport in which you are ageless and weightless.” We agree with you, Esther!
Parade is a general interest magazine distributed to more than 32 million readers through more than 470 newspapers nationwide.
